Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Open the Inherited Dynamics app
Go to Settings
Select Account
Tap Delete Account
Confirm deletion
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

Method 2: Email Request

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion via email:

Send an email to support@inheriteddynamics.com
Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
Include the email address associated with your account
We will process your request within 30 days

What Gets Deleted

User profile and account information
Course progress and assessment results
Saved insights and notes
All personal data associated with your account

About Active Subscriptions

Important: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through the App Store or Google Play to avoid future charges.

How to Cancel Your Subscription:

Apple App Store: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Select Inherited Dynamics → Cancel Subscription
Google Play: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Inherited Dynamics → Cancel Subscription

What Happens After Deletion

You will receive a confirmation email
Your data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days
This action cannot be undone
You will need to create a new account if you wish to use the app again
